Den 14. oktober blev "2017 Keqiao International Yarn Exhibition" åbent på Keqiao International Convention and Exhibition Center. Sun Ruizhe, præsident for China National Textile and Apparel Council, ledede Shaoxing viceborgmester Chen Dehong, Keqiao District Secretary Shen Zhijiang og Keqiao District Mayor Zhao Rulang. Delegationen besøgte Xingfa Chemical Fiber Groups udstillingshal, instruerede og lyttede til arbejdsrapporten af kammerat Li Xingjiang, formand for Xingfa Group.
